As a Specialist Recruitment business, Timothy James Consulting plays an important role in placing people in jobs, allowing individuals to make the best use of their talents and skills and helping them to maintain their work/life balance in the manner they choose. Contractors provide flexible working arrangements enabling all sections of society access to the workplace. Finding people jobs is an important service to the community, which carries with it duties of social responsibility.
CHARITIES
Our responsibility to the communities in which we work and live is demonstrated through our charitable activities. Having established a Home and Abroad Policy - TJC ensures that it takes responsibility for both the local and international communities it impacts. Our employees are actively encouraged to be involved in fundraising as individuals and as a team: we provide paid days off to volunteer for charities that are of personal importance to our staff members.
